Wedding Dance Production — First Dance Lessons

1. OFFER DESCRIPTION

Wedding Dance Production ("Provider") offers private first-dance instruction services to engaged couples ("Client") through two formats:

Virtual Program:

  • 3 private live video coaching sessions (1 hour each)

  • Custom choreography for your selected song

  • Step-by-step tutorial videos

  • Email support between sessions

  • Flexible scheduling

NYC Studio Program:

  • 5 private in-studio coaching sessions (1 hour each)

  • Custom choreography for your selected song

  • Posture, frame, and partner work

  • Video recording of your routine

  • Email support between sessions

2. PRICING

Virtual Program: $450–$550

NYC Studio Program (In-Person): $950–$1,200

Final pricing will be confirmed during your free consultation based on your wedding date, timeline, and specific needs.

3. FREE CONSULTATION

Before any payment is required, you are entitled to a free 30-minute consultation to discuss:

  • Your song choice and wedding date

  • Your dance experience level

  • Your goals and preferences

  • Timeline and scheduling options

  • Pricing for your specific situation

No credit card is required for the consultation. There is no obligation to purchase after the consultation.

 

4. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

Scheduling:

  • Upon signing up, you have 30 days to schedule your first lesson

  • Lessons must begin within 30 days of purchase

  • Failure to schedule within this window may result in forfeiture of payment

Payment:

  • Payment is due upon enrollment

  • We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal

  • Payment can be made through Wix Payments or direct invoice

  • No refund is issued for lessons not used after 30 days

Flexible Scheduling:

  • We work with your calendar to find times that work

  • Virtual lessons can be scheduled at your convenience

  • In-person lessons in NYC are scheduled based on availability

5. 7-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

If you are unsure about the program after your first consultation or your first lesson, you may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment. No questions asked.

After 7 days, the purchase becomes final.

6. CHOREOGRAPHY & ADJUSTMENTS

Once we deliver your custom choreography (whether via tutorial videos or in-person lessons):

We will make adjustments for:

  • Different song choice or timing

  • Posture corrections

  • Frame and connection feedback

  • Comfort level or height adjustments

  • Any other reasonable modifications to ensure you're confident

Refunds are no longer available once choreography is delivered. We shift to refinement mode and work with you until it's perfect.

7. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Lesson Cancellation:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be forfeited

  • If you cancel, the lesson can be rescheduled for a later date

Rescheduling:

  • You may reschedule lessons within the same week at no additional cost

  • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance

8. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

This offer does not include:

  • Travel or transportation costs

  • Music licensing (you provide your own song)

  • Attire or costumes (unless specifically agreed upon)

  • Professional photography or videography

  • Additional coaching sessions beyond the package

  • Follow-up lessons after completion (available separately)

9. VIRTUAL VS. IN-PERSON DIFFERENCES

Virtual Program Limitations:

  • No physical posture adjustments

  • No hands-on lead-and-follow coaching

  • Requires stable internet connection

  • Requires clear space for dancing

In-Person Program Benefits:

  • Hands-on posture and frame corrections

  • Real lead-and-follow practice

  • Professional video recording of final routine

  • Access to our NYC studio space

10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Attend scheduled lessons on time

  • Practice between sessions

  • Provide your song in advance (virtual) or discuss it at consultation

  • Maintain a safe, distraction-free environment for lessons

  • Communicate any injuries or concerns

  • Pay the full agreed-upon price

11. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

Health & Safety:

  • Dance instruction involves physical activity

  • Client assumes all risk of injury

  • Inform us of any injuries, joint problems, or health concerns

  • Stop immediately if you experience pain

Not Medical Advice:

  • We are professional dance instructors, not medical professionals

  • If you have health concerns, consult a doctor before participating

No Guarantee:

  • We guarantee professional instruction and custom choreography

  • We do not guarantee performance quality or audience reaction on your wedding day

  • Results vary based on practice and effort

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Choreography Ownership:

  • The choreography created for you is customized for your song and bodies

  • You own the right to perform it at your wedding

  • You may not teach it to others or use it commercially

  • Video recordings are for your personal use only

13. PRIVACY & DATA

Your personal information (name, email, wedding date, etc.) will be:

  • Used only to schedule lessons and communicate with you

  • Kept confidential and secure

  • Not shared with third parties without consent

  • Deleted upon request

14. TESTIMONIALS & RECORDINGS

Video Recording (In-Person Only):

  • Your final routine will be recorded

  • The video is for your personal use

  • We may ask permission to use a short clip for marketing (entirely optional)

Testimonials:

  • We may ask for feedback on your experience

  • Any testimonial shared requires your written permission

  • You may decline to provide a testimonial

15. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS OFFER

Wedding Dance Production reserves the right to:

  • Update pricing with 30 days notice

  • Modify lesson formats or delivery methods

  • Decline service to clients who are disruptive or disrespectful

Existing clients will be notified of any changes to active bookings.

16. CONTACT & DISPUTES

Questions or Concerns:

Dispute Resolution:

  • If you have a complaint, contact us first

  • We will work to resolve it within 7 days

  • If unresolved, either party may pursue legal action in New York

  • ​

17. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking a consultation or enrolling in a lesson package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this Public Offer.

This Public Offer is valid as of July 2026 and applies to all new bookings unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
